Developing a unique name and creating a strong, energetic identity that conveys the modern character of the brand and sets it apart from the competition.
solution
We opted for a combination of the words home and so!, which should emphasise the message and be a permanent element of the advertising slogans used. To make the brand stand out even more, we decided on a strong leading colour.
effect
A coherent image - a name matching the brand's personality, and its most important features and modernity highlighted by strong typography and an energetic yellow leading colour.
Big idea
In creating the visual identity we wanted to show a brand that is modern and bold, yet effective and safe. So!Home deals with the sale of real estate, guides the client through the entire process and makes sure that it is as comfortable and hassle-free as possible for the client.

Semantics
Based on the brand's visual assumptions, a logo was created together with a house signet, in which the leading slogan "SO!" is inscribed. The signet itself, with its gentle and oval shapes, matches the expressive typography in the sans-serif logotype.
