Process

objective

Creating an identity from scratch for a newly built complex of luxury villas with flats for rent. To convey a calm atmosphere, relaxation and modern character.

solution

The identity is limited to three colours - bottle green, copper and white - which create an extremely elegant combination for the offered flats. The paper used is dyed in the mass and finished with copper paint, which gives the whole thing a minimalist and luxurious feel.

Big idea

In the identification we wanted to show Sukosan as an exclusive brand, a well thought-out interior design place for relaxation, created with taste and attention to detail.

Website

The website is intended to showcase the soothing character of the place, delight with photos and serve as the main place to book accommodation. The additional section "surroundings" serves as a guide for guests visiting Sukosan making their stay more pleasant and rich.

Semantics

The logo shows a simplified drawing of a villa against a sunset background, which also symbolises the colour of the logo. We opted for shades of copper, white and bottle green, which together create an elegant and minimalistic effect.
